It is equally appetizing on salmon, pork and chicken. It's the only meat sauce I personally use... other than occasional bar-b-cue sauce. But I use my Andria sauce far more often. In fact, I buy it by the case. You won't be disappointed! Everyone I've shared it with, likes it a lot! Makes a nice gift to give away by the bottle.
